This policy explains what personal data Web Hub Code Shop (shop.webhubcode.com), operated by Web Hub Code, Contai, West Bengal, India, collects, why, and the choices you have.

2Signing in with Google
If you choose Sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We use them only to create and sign in to your account. We don't access your contacts, files or any other Google data, and we don't share this information with anyone.
Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4Who we share it with
We share data only with services that help us run the shop, and only as much as they need:
- Payment partners (such as Razorpay) to process payments
- Hosting, security and email providers to run the site and send emails

We never sell or rent your personal data.
5Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and currency, and understand site usage through analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site, such as checkout, may stop working.
6How long we keep it
We keep account data while your account is open. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, even if you close your account. Support messages are deleted when no longer needed.
7How we protect it
The site runs on HTTPS, access to customer data is restricted, and payment details are handled only by our payment partners. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will act quickly if a problem happens.
8Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the EU/UK GDPR and California's CCPA, you can:

- Correct anything that's wrong

9Children
The shop is not intended for children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we'll delete it.
