1Using this website

Use the site only for lawful purposes, and in a way that doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or stop them from using it. Don't attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or other customers' accounts.

2Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Use accurate information when you register or check out, and tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

3Digital products and delivery

Every product is a digital file delivered electronically; nothing physical is shipped. Delivery is complete as soon as download access is available in your account or by email.

4Licence and ownership

Products remain the intellectual property of their authors and developers. Buying a product gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it under the terms shown on its product page.

• 1 domain = 1 licence for products with licence activation.
• You may use a product in your own or your clients' projects within its licence.
• You may not resell, share, redistribute or publish the files, free or paid.
• Breaking these terms ends your licence and access to updates, without a refund.

5Prohibited activities

You must not:

• Reverse engineer, crack or bypass licence protection.
• Share download links, files or licence keys publicly or privately.
• Use any product for illegal, harmful or abusive purposes.

6Prices and payments

Prices are shown in INR or USD and may change at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Payments are handled securely by our payment partners, and we never see or store your full card details.

7Support and updates

Valid purchasers get free installation help and support for a limited period, depending on the product. Support covers installation and product-related issues; it doesn't include custom development, modifications, or problems with your hosting or third-party software. Updates are provided where the product page says so.

8Refunds and cancellations

Because products are digital, all sales are final, except in the cases described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please read each product's description and requirements before you buy.

9Warranty and liability

Products are provided "as is", without any warranty that they will suit your needs or work in every environment. We are not responsible for:

• Server or hosting configuration issues
• Conflicts with third-party plugins, themes or services
• Data loss, lost profits or business interruption

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of West Bengal, India.

12Changes to these terms
