Everything sold on Web Hub Code Shop (shop.webhubcode.com) is a digital product. Nothing physical is shipped, and there are no shipping charges. Products are delivered by download, worldwide.
In short
- Delivery is instant once payment is confirmed.
- Find your files any time in My Account → Downloads.
- A download link is also sent to your email.
- Nothing after 1 hour? Contact support with your order number.
1How you receive your product
After your payment is confirmed:
- Your download is available straight away on the order confirmation page.
- We email the download link and any licence key to the email address used at checkout.
- Your files stay available in My Account → Downloads, so you can download them again later.
2Delivery time
Most orders are delivered instantly. If a payment needs extra verification, delivery can take 5–10 minutes.
Can't find the email? Check your Spam or Junk folder and, in Gmail, the Promotions tab. You can also download directly from your account.
3Download security
To protect our products from unauthorised sharing, download activity is recorded with your IP address and the time. Unusually high or suspicious download activity may be blocked temporarily while we check it. This is explained in our Privacy Policy.
4No physical shipping
We don't send printed or physical goods of any kind, so there are no shipping fees, courier tracking or customs charges.
5Download problems
If your download doesn't arrive within 1 hour, a link doesn't work or a file is damaged, contact us with your order number and we'll fix it. If we can't deliver your product, our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.
