Copyright & DMCA Policy

Last updated: 5 November 2026

Web Hub Code respects intellectual property rights. We respond to copyright complaints under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and India's Copyright Act, 1957, and remove infringing material from Web Hub Code Shop (shop.webhubcode.com) when a valid notice is received.

1What your notice must include

To help us act quickly, your notice must contain:

  1. Your full name, address and email address
  2. Proof that you own the copyright or are authorised to act for the owner
  3. A description of the copyrighted work
  4. The exact URL of each page or file you believe infringes it
  5. A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate
  7. Your physical or electronic signature

2Where to send it

Email your notice to [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Notice", or send it through our contact page.

Include a direct URL for every item. Notices without exact URLs can't be processed.

3What happens next

  • We confirm receipt and review the notice within 1–2 working days.
  • If it's valid, we remove or disable the material and tell the seller or uploader.
  • Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright are closed.

4Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notice to [email protected] with your name and contact details, the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, and your signature. We may restore the material unless the complainant shows they have started legal action.

5False claims

Knowingly submitting a false or misleading notice or counter-notice may make you liable for damages, including costs and legal fees.
